Welcome to Psychology Brighton. I am Anna, a Chartered Clinical Psychologist, Clinical Supervisor and Consultant for the TV, Media and Radio. I have worked in the NHS in mental health services since 2014, specialising in supporting working age adults presenting with a range of difficulties.
Alongside my independent practice and Media consulting, I am privileged to be a trainer for the next generation of Clinical Psychologists at the Salomons Institute for Applied Psychology, one of the most established Clinical Psychology training programmes in the UK.

I specialise in supporting people from the LGBTQI+ community and creative professionals. As a person from the LGBTQI+ community, with a background of having grown up in the fashion world in Italy, I have an ability to create a non-judgmental space where safe exploration of different aspects of your identity is encouraged.

With my clinical training and lived experience, I understand that life does not always go to plan and sometimes we can all find ourselves in a situation where we may need support.

I have specialist training in trauma-focused and trauma-informed therapy. I practice using an integrative approach, drawing from a range of therapeutic skills and concepts to be able to be responsive to your unique life circumstances and work towards goals that are meaningful to you.
Testimonials
"I reached out to Anna at one of the hardest times in my life, as I really needed a person to speak to, and Anna greeted me with a friendly face. Anna's ability to listen is incredible. The advice and coping tools I received helped me through this unbearable period of my life, and I still use these same tools now as they have continued to aid my recovery and make me a stronger and happier person. Thank you Anna. I would highly recommend Anna's therapy sessions to anyone, and I can say with 100% certainty that the hardest part was walking through the door."
- Client
"Anna was an excellent supervisor, and supported me to do my best work with a blend of compassionate thinking-through and practical advice and support. It was particularly helpful to me in my work in an LGBTQ organisation that she had good knowledge and insight into the issues facing my client group."
